At WHACK Sports, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cricket and sporting gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, including all tags and protective films, to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the items back to our designated returns center in Brisbane.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
